Who we are

Crestify Ltd is a software company registered in England and Wales. This policy covers what happens to information on crestify.co.uk.

What we collect

If you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address and message you type. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, pages requested, timestamps) for security and reliability, as almost every website's hosting does.

What we do with it

Contact form submissions are delivered to us by email and used to reply to you. That is the whole use. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell or share your details with anyone.

Tracking

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies and runs no third-party trackers.

Retention

Enquiry emails are kept for as long as the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards in our mailbox, then deleted in the ordinary course.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask us to delete it. Email support@crestify.co.uk and we will handle it within a reasonable time, as UK GDPR requires.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page with no attempt to make old promises quietly disappear.
